Poppy Ajudha
While she has remained secretive about her past, South London, England-based
jazz, dance, and soul singer/songwriter Poppy Ajudha - born in the mid-1990s –
has been slowly building a solo career as a jazz singer while also collaborating
with various electronic and dance artists. Born to a British mother and St.
Lucia-born father, she was raised in a household filled with music and latched
onto jazz and rocksteady by the age of 5. Poppy Ajudha tapped into her creative
side in her teens, writing poetry at the age of 16. She joined a youth club
workshop and met like-minded musicians...
