Rashid Ali
Singer, guitarist, and composer Rashid Ali - born in Hyderabad, Telangana, India
– is best known for his 2008 hit “Kabhi Kabhi Aditi”, which he performed (as
playback singer) on the soundtrack to the romantic comedy Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na.
Although born in India, he was brought up in London, England. Interested in
music since a young age, his tastes were diverse. He studied rhythm guitar for a
year but taught himself to play lead guitar. Discovered by musician and
