Sam Mangubat is a Filipino singer, songwriter, actor and internet personality. Born in 1990 in Calamba City, Laguna, he was singing from the age of two. While working as a photographer and videographer after college, Mangubat was uploading covers to YouTube, Reverbnation and Soundcloud. He haunted the edges of the Filipino music scene, directing and editing music videos for David DiMuzio, doing some writing for the boy band XLR8 and working at a karaoke company.
