Japanese female vocal/dance group Speed was formed in 1995 in Okinawa, Japan by
Hitoe Arakaki, Takako Uehara, Eriko Imai and Hiroko Shimabukuro; former students
of the Okinawa Actors School. Signing to prominent Japanese record label Toy’s
Factory, their debut album Starting Over was released in 1997, peaking at number
