More commonly known as Taeyeon, Kim Tae-yeon was born on March 9, 1989, in
Jeonju, in Jeonju, North Jeolla, South Korea. Initially the most prominent
member of the K-pop girl group Girls' Generation, she has also been part of the
subgroups Girls' Generation-TTS, SM the Ballad, Girls' Generation-Oh!GG, and the
supergroup Got the Beat. Pursuing a parallel solo career in 2015, Taeyeon’s
