Marco Efraîn Masís, who goes by the name Tainy, is a Latin rap and reggaeton writer and producer from Puerto Rico who has released a great many tracks since his debut in 2005 on the Luny Tunes compilation Mas Flow 2. He has collaborated with a variety of acts, including Janet Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, and Shakira. Mas Flow: Los Benjamins (2006) with Luny Tunes topped Billboard's Latin Rhythm Albums and Top Latin Albums charts, reached Number 9 on the Top Rap Albums chart, and Number 30 on the Billboard 200.
