Tandem
Mac Tyer and Mac Kregor both hail from the La Maladrerie housing estate in
Auberviliers (Seine-Saint-Denis). They formed Tandem in early 2000 to express
their rage and revolt in these notorious lawless areas, entire neighborhoods
abandoned to the D-system. Apart from their numerous collaborations and solo
albums, Tandem as such only released the album C'Est Toujours Pour Ceux Qui
Savent in 2005. A fifteenth-place sales ranking proves that their extreme rap
has many aficionados.
