The Dove Shack
Gangsta-funk group The Dove Shack formed in 1994 in Long Beach, California. The
group's three members — Bo Roc, 2Scoops, and C-Knight — first appeared on Warren
G's 1994 debut album, Regulate… G Funk Era, contributing to the song "This Is
the Shack." One year later, they released their debut album. Also entitled This
Is the Shack, the record climbed to number 13 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop
Albums chart, driven in part by the success of the lead single "Summertime in
