Australia’s alt-rock five-piece The Rubens released their debut self-titled
album in 2012 and that same year scored an Album of the Year nomination at
Triple J’s J Awards. An exercise in bluesy garage-rock, The Rubens peaked at
Number 3 on the ARIA Charts and in 2013 helped secure the band another duo of
