The Screaming Jets
Hard rock heroes The Screaming Jets earned their place at the top table of
Australian live acts through an unbeatable concoction of high-octane tunes and
boisterous performances. Hailing from the industrial town of Newcastle, New
South Wales, Australia, the band was formed by high schoolers Dave Gleeson
(vocals) and Grant Walmsley (guitar) who added Paul Woseen (bass guitar) Richard
Lara (guitar) and Brad Heaney to conceive The Screaming Jets in 1989. After
relocating to Sydney in 1990 they began their trajectory, launching their debut
