Tim Atlas
Tim Atlas, born Tim Ferguson in Oakland, California, U.S.A, developed his
musical talents while growing up in San Jose, participating in marching band,
jazz band, and drumline while teaching himself guitar. After earning a degree in
photography, he worked as a recording studio engineer, and performed with
alt-rock band April Chase before releasing his solo debut EP, Lost in the
Waiting, in 2013. Gaining significant recognition in 2015 after his appearance
on the ninth season of The Voice, he released a series of singles the following
