Singer-songwriters Carissa and Michael Alvarado first met when they were both
extras on the set of a music video shoot, fell in love instantly and went on to
marry and perform together as the gentle, acoustic pop pairing Us The Duo. They
started out by covering songs by Rihanna, Linkin' Park and Miley Cyrus, posting
them to YouTube and Vine and steadily built up a social media following of
