Walker Hayes is an American country musician best known for the platinum-certified hits "You Broke Up with Me" and "Fancy Like." Born in Mobile, Alabama, on December 27, 1979, he moved to Nashville in 2005 and scored a Top 40 hit with his debut single, "Pants," in 2010. The song was followed by "Why Wait for Summer," which peaked at number 42. Both songs later reappeared in 2011 on his debut album Reason to Rhyme, which was followed six years later by his 2017 sophomore record, Boom.
